Business analytics is the process by which companies use data to solve business problems, monitor their business fundamentals, identify new opportunities for growth and better serve their customers.
The focus of the BIAS project is on management of the business analytics process: skill levels, organisational capabilities, needs analysis prioritisation
These services will enable organisations to put in place the business plan, processes and technology to advance their analytics capabilities and to develop real solutions by doing, as an individual, company or in a multi-company community setting.
